Service Description

HeartCode BLS (Basic Life Support) is an eLearning course from the American Heart Association (AHA) that combines self-paced online learning with hands-on skills practice to teach life-saving techniques. The online portion features adaptive, interactive case scenarios, videos, and exercises to help learners master high-quality CPR, AED use, and team dynamics. Once the online module is complete, participants attend an in-person or virtual skills session using a feedback-enabled manikin to practice and demonstrate proficiency. This blended learning format is designed for healthcare professionals who need BLS certification for their roles, offering the flexibility to complete the cognitive portion at their own pace. After successfully finishing both components, learners earn an AHA BLS Provider eCard valid for two years. HeartCode BLS is evidence-based and aligns with the latest AHA Guidelines, ensuring participants are prepared to respond effectively in emergencies.
